Why is the refund so easy?
Because I trust the program · if it's not right for you, keeping your money would be wrong. I want satisfied buyers, not pressured ones.
If I bought but haven't started training · can I refund?
Yes · always refundable within 7/14 days. But try at least 1 week first. Most refund-askers haven't even opened the PDF · open the 'letter from Miew' page (5 min) · sometimes that's the spark you need.
Has anyone actually refunded?
Less than 3% of buyers. Everyone got refunded within 24 hours · zero issues. Feedback goes back into improving the program.
Do I need to delete the PDF?
No · digital file · keep it as reference if you come back later.
How is the refund delivered?
Same channel you paid · PromptPay → PromptPay · bank → bank · 3-7 business days after we confirm.
Credit card refund?
If paid via card · refund returns to the same card within 5-15 business days (depends on the bank). We process the refund within 24 hours.
